A Whole New World
I just recent bought a newer vehicle and it came with 3 months of free satellite radio. This is a whole new world to me, I really don’t try new things often. Anyways, I am really starting to like the idea of satellite radio and it seems very weird to me when I have to listen to the “other” radio. Whenever I am in my vehicle, I am always wondering to myself, Satellite Radio- is it worth the money? So, should satellite radio be considered a luxury? It’s available in most newer vehicles and it seems to be an option that it pretty popular, but how many people actually take advantage of it and pay a monthly fee for it?
What’s So Special About Satellite Radio?
I love the fact that there aren’t any commercials and that I really don’t have to listen to people talking unless I am on a news channel. The stations are broken up by genres and if you want to listen to 90’s music that takes you back to your younger self. There are even options for children, which would be great for road trips. I know that you’re probably thinking that the regular radio is broken up by genres, and this is true, but with satellite radio, you can get very specific as to what you want to listen to and it can truly make commutes enjoyable. Satellite radio is more than just music, it also has news channels and talk shows, all-in-all, it seems like a pretty well-rounded option.
Should you pay money on a monthly basis for something that has a free option available? I still have some time left with my free trial and this is truly a hard decision for me. I would love to hear your thoughts on this subject, contact me.
